Barista/ Breakfast attendant

For our new coffee place and our Breakfast buffet, Mix Brussels Hotel is looking for a motivated barista/ breakfast attendant.

YOUR MISSION:

As a bartender:

• You are in charge of the confection and service of the hot drinks, juices and other non-alcoholic drinks. You are an espresso, cappuccino & latte expert and you will also impress your visitors with other original drinks such as cascara, matcha latte, rooibos latte…
• You are a team player and will always help your team if they need assistance. You welcome and advise the guests, giving them information about drinks.
• You have great social skills, always wear a smile and love to discuss with the guests when you have the time. You always keep your bar tidy even during rushes, you help at the cleaning of the degustation room.

As a breakfast attendant:

• Assembling the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassembling it after
• Ensure the installation and check the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Providing customers with condiments upon request.
• Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers’ tables.
• Welcoming and assisting the clients
• Wash the dishes
• Pay attention to the instructions given by the manager in order to ensure quality service
